Solid tire manufacturing process

Honey refining: The banburying process is actually the process of mixing carbon black, natural or synthetic rubber, additives, oil and other raw materials, and processing them in an internal mixer to produce a “rubber” process. Before entering the internal mixer, all the raw materials of solid tires must be tested and tested before they can be used.
The weight of each pot material in the internal mixer is controlled within the range of 550 kg. The rubber used for each rubber component in a solid tire has specific properties. The composition of the rubber material determines the performance of the solid tire, and the change in the composition of the rubber material also determines the needs of the supporting manufacturers and the market. These requirements mainly come from the requirements of traction, driving performance, road conditions, and the solid tire itself. All the rubber materials need to be tested before entering the next process and the preparation of the rubber parts. Only after passing the test can they enter the next process.
Glue component preparation: including 6 main sections. In this process, all the semi-finished rubber parts that make up the solid tire will be prepared, some of which are preliminarily assembled.
①Extrusion: The rubber material is fed into the extruder head to extrude different semi-finished rubber parts.
② Calendering: The solid tire raw material cord passes through the calender, and a thin layer of rubber is hung on both sides of the cord. The finished product is called “cord fabric”. The raw material cord is mainly nylon and polyester.
③Bead forming: It is formed by winding multiple steel wires with glue.
④Cutting of the curtain: The curtain is cut to a suitable width, and the joint is connected. Its width and length determine the specifications and structural design of solid tires.
⑤Applying apex: the apex extruded by the extruder is manually attached to the bead.
⑥ Belt forming: In the spindle room, many steel wires pass through the threading plate, and then pass through the die plate at the same time as the rubber material to hang the glue on both sides of the steel wire. The belt layer after hanging the glue is cut to the specified specifications.
